Corporate Booking Terms & Conditions

📌 1. Corporate Booking Policy

✔️ We accept corporate bookings with GST billing upon request.
✔️ A valid company name, GST number, and contact details must be provided at the time of booking.
✔️ Corporate rates and discounts (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of reservation.

💳 2. Payment & Billing

✔️ All payments must be made at check-in via:

  • 💵 Cash
  • 🏦 Bank Transfer
  • 📲 QR Scan
    ✔️ We do not accept online payment gateways for advance payments.
    ✔️ We accept all RuPay credit cards and UPI transactions without any additional charges.
    ✔️ GST invoices will be issued based on the details provided at the time of booking.
    ✔️ Any changes to billing details after invoice generation will not be possible.

❌ 3. Cancellation Policy

✔️ We do not charge any cancellation fees.
✔️ To cancel a booking, a valid Booking ID must be provided.
✔️ If you are unable to check in, please cancel your booking in advance.
✔️ If you wish to change your booking dates, please contact our support team.

🚫 4. No-Show Policy

✔️ In case of a no-show, only 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
✔️ Rebooking will be subject to availability.

🕒 5. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in: 11:00 AM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM (Next Day)
  • Early check-in / Late check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

⚠️ 6. General Terms

✔️ Guests must present a valid company ID or authorization letter at check-in.
✔️ Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest or company responsible for the booking.
✔️ Hotel Fllowra reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice.
